read your own mind

There was an interesting spread in Spirit and Destiny magazine a few months ago called 'Read Your Own Mind'. Try it yourself by drawing one or two cards for each of the following questions and see what you can uncover, discover and confirm about your own personality, goals and interests. If you keep a Tarot journal, write down the results and then revisit them in 6-12 months time to see if things have altered drastically. I think Tarot consistently shows us what we already know but are afraid isn't true. It follows us dutifully on our life journey by virtue of the fact that all 78 cards combine to represent the whole of human experience.

  • 1. What represents you? How do you see yourself? How do others see you? what do you like?
  • 2. What doesn't represent you? What is the very opposite of you? What don't you like?
  • 3. What is important? What is key to you right now?
  • 4. What is not important? What are those things in life that don't hold much relevance?

What does this spread teach you?
